The Bottega Prosecco Vino Biologico Spumante Extra Dry DOC 11% Vol. in the 0.75 l bottle combines the Italian Prosecco tradition with the principles of modern organic viticulture. The renowned house of Bottega produces this organic Prosecco DOC from carefully selected grapes cultivated according to strict organic farming guidelines. The aim of this sustainable cultivation is to preserve the natural fertility of the soil while protecting the environment. The avoidance of chemical herbicides and the promotion of natural microorganisms in the soil create ideal conditions for high-quality and aromatic grapes.


The blend is primarily based on Glera grapes, complemented by small proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot. The vineyards benefit from a particularly favorable microclimate in Veneto with warm days and cool nights, allowing intense and elegant aromas to develop. After a gentle harvest in mid-September, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation is carried out using the traditional Martinotti method at low temperatures to preserve the freshness and natural character of the grapes. With a residual sugar content of around 15 g/l and a reduced sulfite content, this Italian organic Prosecco is particularly balanced, sustainable, and modern. It impresses with its versatility and is suitable for festive occasions as well as relaxed moments of enjoyment.
