This Moscato Spumante is made from carefully selected Moscato grapes from Northern Italy. The vineyards benefit from calcareous and mineral-rich soils as well as a moderate climate with pronounced temperature differences between day and night. These conditions promote the development of intense aromatics, vibrant acidity, and remarkable freshness. The production follows the Martinotti method, with fermentation taking place in pressure tanks at low temperatures to optimally preserve the natural fruit and floral aromas. By deliberately stopping the fermentation, a high natural residual sugar content is maintained, while the alcohol content remains pleasantly moderate at only 6.5%. The result is an Italian dessert sparkling wine that harmoniously combines fruitiness, elegance, and lightness, making it perfect for special moments of enjoyment.
