Scapegrace is a premium brand originating from New Zealand. It was founded by two friends, Mark Neal and Daniel McLaughlin, who shared a passion for gin, whisky, and vodka and wanted to create unique and exceptional spirits. The word "Scapegrace" refers to a mischievous or reckless person and reflects the adventurous and rebellious character of the brand.

Scapegrace releases a small number of rare, limited-edition single malts, released in chronological order, forming a collection of individually numbered bottles that will be truly unique.

And so it begins, although in truth the beginning was years earlier – RISE.

"Nothing ever truly starts." There is no fixed beginning for anything, only a continuous evolution with various actors and events occurring at different times.

This is also true for the Limited Release RISE I, whose contents stretch far back into the past and bear the signature of Master Distillers Doug Lawry and his son Anthony.

This legacy matures for at least five years in new French oak barrels and captivates with notes of cinnamon, cloves, and creamy vanilla.
