El Recuerdo de Oaxaca Mezcal with worm is an authentic Mexican spirit that reflects the tradition and culture of Oaxaca. Made from 100% Espadín agave, this mezcal embodies the craftsmanship that has been cultivated in the region for centuries. Production follows classic methods: The agave hearts (piñas) are slowly roasted in earthen ovens, which gives the mezcal its typical smoky notes. This is followed by natural fermentation and distillation in copper stills to best preserve the aromas. With an alcohol content of 40% Vol., this mezcal offers an intense yet balanced taste experience with a pleasant blend of smoke, agave notes, and earthy tones.
