This premium mezcal is made from the rarely used Papalote agave (Agave cupreata), which grows wild in the high-altitude, mountainous regions of Guerrero. The unique climatic conditions and mineral-rich soils give the agave a distinctive profile – the perfect basis for an exceptionally aromatic mezcal.

Production is carried out using traditional craftsmanship: the agave hearts are cooked in earth pits lined with volcanic rock over an open flame, then crushed in mills, naturally fermented, and distilled over a wood fire in copper pot stills. The result is a mezcal of great aromatic depth, natural balance, and unmistakable elegance.
