Thanks to the long maturation period of 16 years, a complex interplay of aromas unfolds, featuring ripe fruit, vanilla, honey, oaky spice and a subtle sherry sweetness. The ex-bourbon casks provide creamy notes of toffee and vanilla, whilst the sherry casks contribute the typical nuances of dried fruit, nuts and subtle spice.
