The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in southwest Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by three visionary entrepreneurs, Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. It is one of the first independent distilleries to be built in Ireland in centuries and specializes in producing handcrafted premium whiskeys.

Dingle SAMHAIN Single Malt Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled is part of the "Wheel of the Year" series, dedicated to the eight traditional festivals of the Celtic year cycle. Samhain, the fire festival, has marked the beginning of the Celtic calendar for over 2,000 years, symbolizing the transition from summer into the darker season. This whiskey is triple distilled under the guidance of Master Distiller Graham Coull and initially matures for five years in selected Bourbon casks. It then receives a special finish in Muscatel Casks from Fernando de Castilla, which gives it additional depth and complexity.
