A prime example from this series is the S.B.S. Fiji 2004 – one of the most powerful single cask bottlings in the current Single Barrel Selection. This Pot Still Rum was distilled in 2004 from local molasses in the Fiji Islands. It then matured for 18 years in former Bourbon casks, which gives it its unique character. The rum is bottled at cask strength with an impressive 68.3%, without added sugar or colorants – an authentic taste experience for rum lovers.
