The careful maturation of this rum combines Column Still and Pot Still distillation methods. It begins in Bourbon barrels, where the rum ages for one year and achieves an ester content of 42 g/hL. Subsequently, it spends four years in FERRAND barrels before enjoying a further, final finish of five years in Arran Casks. In 2023, this exceptional rum was bottled without the addition of sugar (0 g/L Dosage).
