The rum is first distilled using traditional methods and aged for several years in former Bourbon casks before being further aged in Sherry casks for the finish. This final aging process gives the rum a special fruitiness and velvety texture with fine wine notes. The combination of tropical aging and Sherry cask finish ensures a harmonious balance between sweetness, spice, and oak character.
