The company Desiderio N°1 lives for its craft: each bottle is lovingly produced from the rarest grapes in Veneto, Italy. Traditional winemaking techniques are combined with the latest scientific knowledge and a large portion of zest for life. The wines are presented in places where art takes center stage - be it in a restaurant or a gallery. The company's philosophy is underscored by its own Desiderio N°1 Art Lounges. In these lounges, visitors can admire art from all over the world and, in passing, enjoy a glass of the excellent Prosecco. The name "Desiderio" translates to "desire". Since each bottling is produced through a careful process, the sparkling wine is created not only to be enjoyed but also to be desired.

Desiderio N°1 Rosé is made from hand-picked Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are carefully selected from the vineyard in Roncade, hand-picked in September, and vinified without skins. After a long, slow fermentation, the Prosecco matures in stainless steel tanks.
