Desiderio N°1 Prosecco Rosé is an excellent Brut sparkling wine, made from the finest Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from the Biancade di Roncade region in Treviso. The grapes are hand-picked, slowly pressed, and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 °C on native yeasts. The wine is then transferred under pressure to stainless steel tanks, where the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to create the bubbles.
