Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a lot of time in the warehouses of the GlenAllachie distillery – inspecting around 50,000 casks. Not a job for the faint-hearted, but it is time well spent, as his efforts are rewarded with excellent results.

The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH is part of GlenAllachie's Wine Series. It first matures in Bourbon barrels. For finishing, Billy Walker selects various European oak barriques, some from the famous regions of Languedoc and Valpolicella, some from Premier Cru Classé châteaux in Bordeaux.
