The production process of Balvenie 18 Years Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask begins with the careful selection of American oak casks, in which the whisky first matures for 18 years. After developing its basic structure in these casks, the whisky is transferred to selected Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, where it undergoes a second maturation.

This double maturation technique enriches the whisky with additional layers of flavour and complexity, creating a product that embodies both Balvenie's heritage and an exceptionally rich and enjoyable taste profile.
