This small, independent distillery is characterized by the production of high-quality whiskeys, crafted with great care and artisanal skill.

From the outset, the founders focused on quality and tradition, combined with an innovative approach. West Cork Distillery uses crystal-clear spring water and carefully selected grains. This commitment reflects the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship that is characteristic of the Irish whiskey industry.

This bottling contains 66% malted and 33% unmalted barley, giving it a high malt content. The whiskey matures for five years in first-fill Bourbon casks, which lend it particular depth and complexity. The whiskey is neither colored nor chill-filtered, thus preserving its natural color and full depth of flavor.
