Kabumm Whisky is a collaboration between the famous German rapper Sido, his long-time business partner Burkhard Westerhoff, and Austrian distiller Josef Farthofer. Only rare ancient grains, grown and carefully harvested on distiller Josef Farthofer's 45-hectare farm, are used for the production of the whisky. After distillation, the whisky matures for 3 years in used Mostello barriques. Mostello is an innovative pear dessert wine combination inspired by a port wine. The whisky is bottled in a bomb-shaped bottle, for which numerous glassblowers throughout Central Europe were contacted for months. Finally, a family business in Poland with years of experience was found to produce these unique bottles.
