The group was founded in 1948 by Mr. Radhakrishna Jagdale, initially as a small spirits blending and bottling plant.
Amrut Whisky is proud to be the first single malt whisky from India. Its name means "nectar of the gods/life" and reflects the exceptional quality and enjoyment of this whisky.
The Amrut Two Continents combines the flavors of India and Europe. Distilled from Northwestern Indian barley, it matures in oak casks in Europe's cooler climes.
