Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in our society, and Ron Sostenible Triple Cask consistently reflects this development, both in its naming and its production process. This eco-friendly rum relies on strict ecological standards and is transported to Europe with low emissions by sea.

A special feature of the distillery is the collection of CO₂ produced during fermentation in special pressure tanks, which is then used for the production of carbonated beverages. In addition, the distillation residues are used as natural fertilizer on the sugarcane fields, completing the sustainable production cycle.

Ron Sostenible Experimental Rioja Cask first matures for eight years in Bourbon casks before receiving a special finish in Spanish Rioja casks. This finish gives the rum a pronounced tannin structure, which, together with the acidity of the wine, leads to a particularly dry and complex flavor profile.
