The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in southwest Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by three visionary entrepreneurs, Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. The distillery is one of the first independent distilleries to be built in Ireland in centuries and specializes in producing handcrafted premium whiskeys.

Dingle LÁ 'LE BRÍDE Single Malt Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled is part of the "Wheel of the Year" series, dedicated to the eight traditional festivals in the Celtic calendar. The Lá le Bríde festival marks the beginning of spring and symbolizes the arrival of brighter, warmer days.

This Irish whiskey is produced using an elaborate triple distillation process under the direction of Master Distiller Graham Coull. The initial maturation takes place in Bourbon casks, followed by a finishing in Rye casks, which gives the whiskey its complex aromas and special depth. The bottling is neither colored nor chill-filtered, thus preserving the whiskey's natural purity and authenticity.
