The history of Aura Delikatessen began in 2014 when Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria during a holiday in Croatia. Today, Aura Delikatessen is an established family business that has 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.

Aura Limoncello is a refreshing limoncello from Croatia, made from ripe organic lemons. These lemons are carefully washed, and the outermost peel is removed to extract the full citrus flavor. The freshly peeled lemon zest is then steeped in 95% alcohol for 3-4 weeks. After this time, the mixture is combined with sugar and heated water to refine the limoncello. The process ends with a week of maturation before the spirit can be filtered and enjoyed.

The liqueur is characterized by its natural sweetness and refreshing citrus note, making it an ideal aperitif or digestif.
