Produced in small batches of less than 250 liters per batch, this gin relies exclusively on fresh botanicals collected in the unspoiled landscape around the Glendalough Distillery in the Wicklow Mountains.

Each ingredient is carefully selected to create an incomparably fresh and complex aroma. The botanicals used include juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, liquorice root, elderflower, wild raspberries, blackberry leaves, wild roses, water mint, and lemon balm. This unique composition ensures a complex yet harmonious taste experience, combining fresh citrus notes with floral and earthy nuances.
