The fifth edition of the series matured in a combination of Andalusian Sherry casks and Colombian Rum casks. This unusual cask selection gives the whisky an incomparable depth: the Sherry casks bring fruity sweetness, spicy dried fruit aromas, and an elegant warmth, while the Rum casks contribute exotic notes of sugar cane, vanilla, and tropical fruits.
