The Lokita brand is distributed by BBC Spirits, an independent French spirits distributor founded in 2010. The company is based in the port city of Bordeaux, France.

Lokita is produced exclusively by hand using traditional processing methods.

This Lokita Reposado is made from 100% blue agave leaves. The agaves from the Mexican province of Jalisco are harvested only when fully ripe, giving the Reposado its rich, fruity aromas. After harvesting, the agaves are cooked for several days in an earthen pit according to traditional methods and then double-distilled to remove as many impurities as possible. Lokita Tequila Reposado matures for 3 months in oak barrels, some of which are made from high-quality Allier and Limousin oak from France.
