Código 1530 Tequila is a premium tequila brand originating from Amatitán, a town in the Jalisco region of Mexico. It is known for its high-quality, artisanal production methods and its commitment to crafting exceptional tequilas.

The name "Código 1530" is inspired by the centuries-old code that dictates the precise method of tequila production in the Los Bajos region of Jalisco. This code was established to preserve the integrity and quality of tequila production.

To produce Código 1530 Rosa, the distillers begin with 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at its peak maturity. The agave is then cooked in traditional brick ovens to extract its flavors and sugars. After cooking, the agave is crushed, and the juice is fermented using a proprietary yeast strain. Following fermentation, the tequila is double distilled in small copper pot stills to create a refined and high-quality spirit. What sets Código 1530 Rosa apart is its unique aging process. It rests for one month in uncharred Napa Valley Cabernet French white oak barrels. This brief aging period allows the tequila to absorb subtle wine notes and contributes to its delicate pink hue.
