Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to grow. After starting to farm their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now housed in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse situated in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano and surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Aldo Bianca Grappa, dedicated to the founder Aldo Bottega, is produced from a harmonious blend of Italy’s best-known and most widely grown grape varieties, such as Pinot, Cabernet and Merlot. This careful selection ensures that the grappa retains its unique character, honouring the tradition and heritage of Italian wine production.
