The GlenAllachie Distillery deliberately resists the trend of corporate mergers and consolidations, remaining true to its core as an independent Scottish company: the creation of outstanding whiskies and the joy of life.
The GlenAllachie Wine Cuvée Cask Finish is a perfect example of this philosophy. The composition consists of whiskies aged for at least 10 years, initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and then blended together. For the finish, Billy Walker carefully selects wine casks that give the whisky a harmonious depth and additional complexity.
