Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After working their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail whose origins date back to Café Casoni in 1919. At that time, Count Negroni ordered an Americano but with gin instead of soda to make the drink stronger – thus the legendary Negroni was born. This cocktail is mixed with equal parts Bottega Vermouth Rosso, Bottega Bitter, and Bottega Dry Gin, which gives it its distinctive, balanced taste.
