Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating grapevines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega Alexander Exquisite Premium Grappa Riserva is made exclusively from fresh, carefully selected pomace from the Verona region. Its exceptional smoothness and taste result from triple distillation in traditional copper alembics, using the bain-marie method to preserve the delicate aromas.

This grappa matures for 18 months in handmade oak barrels, whose wood dries outdoors for 24 months and is then intensely toasted, giving the grappa its characteristic amber color.
