Description
The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.
What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, UTF No. 1.
Grappa Piemontese is made from Moscato pomace of freshly selected grapes, which Sibona chooses during harvest.
Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, and maturation occurs for a long period in stainless steel tanks. A very long aging process, first in medium and then in smaller oak barrels, completes this grappa.
