Laphroaig is a whisky distillery on the Scottish island of Islay in the Hebrides and is part of the Japanese-American Beam Suntory Group. As the distillery’s buildings are listed on the Scottish heritage registers, Laphroaig possesses not only historical but also cultural value. In the production of Laphroaig, barley malt is dried over a peat fire, which imparts the whisky with its particularly rich flavour from the smoke of this unique Islay peat.

Laphroaig Oak Select, which is sold without an age statement, owes its name to a special selection of casks from the USA and Europe. These carefully selected casks contribute significantly to the unique variety of flavours in this whisky and lend it a special complexity.

By combining traditional methods with innovative techniques, Laphroaig offers an unrivalled tasting experience that is appreciated by connoisseurs and enthusiasts around the world.
