The Platzer winery is located in the picturesque Styrian Volcanic Land, a region known for its exceptional wines and fascinating landscape. Nestled among rolling hills and surrounded by volcanic soils, the winery offers ideal conditions for growing high-quality grapes. All vineyards are located in the immediate vicinity of the winery and, together with partners, cover a total area of 35 hectares. Key vineyards include Aunberg, Königsberg, Klöchberg, and Stradner Rosenberg. The vines are intensively cared for throughout the growing season to ensure the highest quality and a distinctive regional character. Special emphasis is placed on sustainable viticulture to conserve natural resources.

For over 40 years, the winery has operated a bottle washing plant and actively promotes bottle reuse to contribute to environmental protection.

Platzer Welschriesling Klassik matures traditionally in steel tanks, preserving its freshness and clarity. The screw cap ensures that its quality is maintained. With a storage potential until 2025, the Platzer Welschriesling can optimally develop its aromas.
