The Isle of Skye Blended Scotch Whisky, proudly named after its island of origin, Skye – the ancestral home of Clan Macleod – is the creation of Ian Macleod, a native Sgitheanach from Skeabost.
This whisky captures the essence of its homeland, shaped by the island's wild landscape and rich history.
A careful selection of malts from the island region and Speyside gives it a perfect harmony of the characteristic island aroma with notes of seaweed and peat, complemented by the fine elegance of Speyside malts.
Ian Macleod placed great importance on ensuring that the youngest malt in the blend must be at least eight years old to guarantee the quality and depth of Isle of Skye Whisky.
