Produced in Jamaica, this rum is based on a blend of pot still distillates, which gives it both aromatic intensity and smooth balance. It first matured for several years in the tropics in ex-bourbon casks before receiving an additional finish in selected Kentucky Bourbon Casks in France. This double-aging process imparts a complex aromatic profile to the rum, combining typical Jamaican ester notes with vanilla, caramel, and a subtle woody spice.
