The Bruichladdich 30 Years Old RE/DEFINE THIRTY is the result of masterful maturation, carried out 100% in Bourbon casks. This carefully selected combination includes 50% of the whiskies that have undergone long-term maturation in refill hogsheads, and another 50% that, after 20 years of maturation, were transferred into fresh Bourbon casks to further refine the aromas. Before the final vatting, the whisky undergoes an additional three-month maturation period in refill Bourbon casks.
