The SHINOBU Distillery, located in Niigata, a Japanese coastal region known for its "three white treasures" of snow, rice, and sake, produces Pure Malt Whiskies under the guidance of Master Blender Usami Ken.

These whiskies first mature in Sherry and Bourbon casks and then receive a finish in Japanese Mizunara oak, which is prized for its rich aromas of apples, pears, cloves, and nutmeg. Used since the 1930s, Mizunara oak is now coveted worldwide for its uniqueness.

SHINOBU Lightly Peated Pure Malt Whisky is characterized by a robust body with smoky notes and toasted oak aromas.

All SHINOBU whiskies are produced without chill filtration or added coloring to preserve their complex nature and depth.
