The Lackner Tinnacher winery is a family business that has been producing wine since 1770. The vines grow in six different locations in beautiful Styria. Wilma and Fritz Tinnacher have been running the winery for 30 years, and in 2013, their daughter Katharina Tinnacher took it over.

The high quality of the wines can be attributed to generations of experience.

Lackner Tinnacher Welschriesling is made exclusively from carefully hand-picked, fully ripe Welschriesling grapes. After hand-picking, the whole grapes were gently pressed, with the juice flowing into the wine cellar by gravity. There, spontaneous fermentation began in stainless steel tanks, after which the Welschriesling matured in the cellar for five months. A natural malolactic fermentation after primary fermentation gives the Welschriesling its special balance and harmony. After the maturation phase, it is bottled and sealed with a natural cork. This Lackner Tinnacher Welschriesling is characterized by its aging potential until 2027.
