This champagne, an assemblage of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, represents a selection of the best terroirs of Champagne and unites three different vintages. The company behind the Armand de Brignac brand, Cattier, is located near Reims and is a family-run business with a 250-year history of viticulture. Currently, the company is managed by Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son Alexandre, representing the 12th and 13th generations. The production of their premium champagnes adheres to strict quality standards, with traditional methods used from harvesting to labeling.
