Leo Hillinger is a visionary entrepreneur and winemaker who has taken his passion for winemaking to international acclaim. His winery, which now proudly encompasses 100 hectares of vineyards, is renowned not only in Austria but worldwide for its excellent wines. These wines find their way to over 20 countries around the globe, underscoring the global presence and popularity of the Hillinger brand. After apprenticeships in Europe and California, Hillinger purchased 12 hectares of vineyards, laying the foundation for his successful winery in Jois, which opened in 2004. The company expanded with several Wineshop & Bars throughout Austria and a long-standing business relationship with Constantia Glen winery in South Africa. In 2012, Hillinger was honored by Ernst & Young as "Entrepreneur of The Year," highlighting his outstanding role in the wine industry.

Hillinger Hill Angel Rosé is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. After pressing, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C and is then aged on fine lees for two months. This gives it its characteristic and fruity profile. The rosé has a storage potential of up to two years and is sealed with a natural cork.
