MICHAEL Cabernet Blanc PIWI is a remarkable white wine that impressively demonstrates the innovative strength and quality consciousness of the MICHAEL am Rosenberg winery. The Cabernet Blanc grape variety belongs to the PIWI varieties (fungus-resistant grape varieties), which enable environmentally friendly viticulture through their natural resistance to fungal diseases. This allows the winery to significantly reduce the use of plant protection products and thus make an important contribution to sustainability.

This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Blanc grapes, which thrive in the mineral-rich soils of the Styrian volcanic region. The grapes are carefully hand-picked to process only the best fruit. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, which optimally brings out the fruity and varietal aromas of the Cabernet Blanc. The bottles are fitted with a screw cap, which preserves the freshness and aroma of the wine. The wine has a drinking maturity of 2-3 years, meaning it can be enjoyed young but also allowed to mature a little further.

With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., the wine presents itself as light and refreshing, without losing depth.
