The Single Grain Cooper's Collection is the second release in a series of annual limited editions crafted by Master Blender Michael Henry.

Produced from 100% malted barley, this whiskey is initially matured in American oak casks and then finished in Spanish oak casks to emphasize the natural flavors of the single grain. The result is a whiskey with a fruity and floral character, complemented by spicy clove notes and the creamy vanilla of the Spanish oak casks.

For the distillation of the Cooper's Collection Edition, only 100% malted barley is used and distilled in bespoke, all-copper continuous "Coffey" stills. Michael Henry meticulously selected older whiskeys matured in first-fill American oak casks. In collaboration with the cooperage team, these whiskeys were then finished in handcrafted Spanish oak casks to create a unique and complex whiskey.
