The brothers who run the winery rely on collaboration and new perspectives to continuously improve their wines.

Their range includes vegan, fructose- and sorbitol-tested wines, as well as wines with a residual histamine level of less than 0.1 mg/l, and more recently, histamine-free wines.

Weingut Christian & Thomas Weiss Zuckerlrosa is a special wine from the winery. Although it tastes sweet, it contains no sugar as it is sweetened with stevia, which means the blood sugar level remains unaffected. This wine matures in stainless steel tanks and is then bottled, with each bottle sealed with a natural cork.
