For the production of Macallan Rare Cask 2024, a collaboration was undertaken with the renowned musician Charlie Burchill of Simple Minds. On a joint journey, the intricacies of the sensory world were explored, noting parallels between sound, aroma, taste, and color. The artist's skill in creating unique whiskies and composing excellent music led to this Cask Release bottling. This Macallan matures in the finest and rarest sherry oak casks that previously held Macallan Estate.
