Casa Lupo Amarone della Valpolicella stands for first-class winemaking and tradition. This cuvée consists of 65% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, and 10% other grape varieties. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 450 meters and are characterized by calcareous-fossiliferous formations, especially Biancone marble.

The grapes are harvested by hand in multiple passes during the last two weeks of September to ensure optimal ripeness. They then dry in fruit sheds until December/January, during which time the loss of water concentrates the flavors and components of the grapes.

Fermentation and maceration take place in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for 18-24 months in oak barrels ranging from 500 to 1000 liters. After this aging, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
