Winery Platzer is located in the picturesque Styrian Volcanic Land, a region known for its exceptional wines and fascinating landscape. Nestled among rolling hills and surrounded by volcanic soils, the winery offers ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality grapes. All vineyards are located in the immediate vicinity of the winery and, together with partners, cover a total vineyard area of 35 hectares. Key sites include Aunberg, Königsberg, Klöchberg, and Stradner Rosenberg. The vines are intensively cared for throughout the entire growing season to ensure the highest quality and a distinctive regional character. Special emphasis is placed on sustainable viticulture to conserve natural resources.

For over 40 years, the winery has operated a bottle washing plant and actively promotes bottle reuse to contribute to environmental protection.

Platzer Sauvignon Blanc Klassik is made from 100% fully ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It is aged in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the wine's freshness. The wine is then bottled and sealed with a convenient screw cap.
