The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in the southwest of Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by three visionary entrepreneurs, Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. It is one of the first independent distilleries to be built in Ireland in centuries and specializes in producing handcrafted premium whiskeys.

Dingle GRIANSTAD AN TSAMHRAIDH Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled is the seventh release in the "Wheel of the Year" series, which is dedicated to the eight Celtic festivals. This special bottling honors the summer solstice (Grianstad an Tsamhraidh), a day celebrated in Celtic tradition as the height of summer. The long hours of sunshine and the beginning of the harvest's ripening give this festival a central importance in the annual cycle.

The whiskey matures in Bourbon casks before receiving its finish in American Rye casks. This bottling comprises only 9,000 bottles worldwide.
