This distillery, located in El Arenal Jalisco, Mexico, produces handcrafted tequilas. The blue agaves are carefully harvested to ensure the best quality. Subsequently, four variations are distilled: Plata, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo. Cava de Oro Añejo Tequila, aged for two years, enjoys great popularity.

It matures longer than the minimum one-year barrel aging period required for the Añejo designation. Activated carbon filtering makes the tequila crystal clear without losing any flavor. This results in a crystal-clear 100% agave tequila that possesses the complexity of an Añejo tequila.
