The Cava de Oro brand stands for high-quality 100% Agave Tequila, which comes from the Tequilera Puerta de Hierro. This distillery, located in El Arenal Jalisco, Mexico, produces handcrafted tequilas. The blue agaves are carefully harvested to ensure the best quality. Subsequently, four variants are distilled: Plata, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo.

The blue Weber agaves are cooked over open wood fires in volcanic stone ovens, which gives them a distinctive aroma. In the Tahona, only the best blue Weber agaves are ground using traditional methods before being fermented in wooden barrels for 120 hours. After fermentation is complete, distillation takes place in traditional Copper Stills, which gives the tequila its characteristic taste.
