The brand honors the ancestral customs of Jalisco and the agave fields by maintaining traditional production methods.

After careful harvesting, the agave hearts are crushed with a tahona, a large stone wheel, and then slowly cooked over an open fire and wood. This elaborate process not only preserves the flavors but also intensifies them. Furthermore, fermentation is carried out with wild yeasts, which contributes to a unique flavor profile that reflects the essence of the region.

Finally, distillation is performed in traditional copper stills to preserve the characteristic aromas of the agaves and create a distinctive, authentic tequila experience. Through these methods, Amatiteña remains true to the heritage and craftsmanship that have been passed down through generations in the Partida family.
