Under the leadership of Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, NORK aims to reinterpret traditional flavors in a modern way.

With the Franzi Gebrannte Mandel Liqueur, a limited edition, NORK has created an homage to Hamburg's popular Franzbrötchen pastry. The liqueur combines the sweet, cinnamon flavor of the beloved classic pastry and perfectly highlights the character of roasted almonds.
