Cardenalito Rum is a blend of 5 to 6-year-old distillates sourced from Panama and Venezuela, which are then aged in our warehouses in Italy in oak and cherry wood casks. Thanks to the refining and aging techniques, as well as the special characteristics of our casks and the unique microclimate of our region, it is possible to enhance the notes of sweet spices in this rum.

These special conditions contribute to the rum developing exceptional depth and complexity. The combination of distillates from different countries and the careful aging in Italy result in a harmonious and balanced final product that highlights the diversity and sophistication of the raw materials used.

The long aging period in specially selected wooden casks significantly contributes to the development of the intense aromas and smooth texture that characterize Cardenalito Rum.
